At
**Crown** Perth, memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. The
**Nobu** Perth team are looking for
**Host’s** to join them on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting their guests in the Nobu style, ensuring their dining experience is smooth and most important memorable.

**Your Experience**:

- Previous Restaurant Host experience
- Acting as first point of contact for all guests; meet & greet, handling reservations, seating, handing out menus
- Managing floorplans, seating plans, allocations for various seating periods
- Familiarizing Nobu VIP’s and regular guests and handling them accordingly
- Maintaining opening and closing checklists and protocols
- Handling financial transactions; settlements, billing, deposits, refunds, pre-payments, gift cards, comp cards, loyalty cards, vouchers.
- Responsible for operational floats for restaurant
- Handling guest requests, complaints as and when they arise
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced venue
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to maintain a high level of grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
