A great opportunity has become available to join the Nike Retail team in the role of Apparel Coach at our Brisbane Airport DFO store.

Reporting into the Head Coach (Store Manager), you will:

- Lead: ensure the team provide fantastic customer service
- Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate your Department (Apparel), through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

This is a fixed term contract until August 2025.
