**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Director in the effective management of the service
- Educate and supervise children in a safe and engaging environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with children in your care
- Assist in maintaining the centre, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Evaluate and reflect on educational programs to enhance learning outcomes
- Handle administrative tasks to support smooth operation
- Focus on continuous professional development and training
- Contribute to Quality Assurance processes and ensure high standards of care

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- A valid Driver's License
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Passionate and eager to take on a more senior role in childcare
- Childcare experience and qualifications, preferably in Primary School-aged care
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to your work
- Current First Aid and Child Protection qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:
