**About the Role**:
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll support the smooth operation of our kitchen and help deliver an excellent experience for every guest.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- **Food Preparation**:Assisting with prepping ingredients, assembling simple dishes, and keeping prep areas stocked and tidy.
- **Dishwashing**:Keeping on top of dishes, equipment, and utensils to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- **General Cleaning**:Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised throughout service, including surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- **Assisting the Kitchen Team**:Helping the cooks during busy service times with plating, restocking, and anything else needed.
- **Stock Rotation**: Helping manage stock levels and ensuring ingredients are labelled, stored, and rotated correctly.
- **Maintaining Food Safety Standards**: Following hygiene and safety protocols to keep the kitchen safe and compliant.
- **Jumping In When Needed**: Whether it’s helping prepare food, washing up or fetching supplies, you’re always ready to lend a hand.

Pay: $24.10 - $37.47 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
