**_**We are currently seeking a forklift driver for an ongoing role in Penrith**_**

**_ABOUT THE COMPANY:_**
- Our focus is flooring, drainage and hygiene and safety solutions for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry._

**_ABOUT THE ROLE:_**
- The role reports into the Operations Manager and is responsible for all Warehousing operations, receiving & despatching goods, stock/inventory control, asset management, equipment maintenance, and the delivery/pick-up of materials/equipment from sites._

**_JOB SPECIFICATION:_**
- Pick & Delivery (or despatch) of materials and/or equipment to client/contractor site
- Pick-up (or receive) materials and/or equipment from client/contractor site
- Maintenance of equipment (including organising repairs/servicing) and ensure they are in a good, safe working condition
- Managing inventory/stock levels - doing stock counts & advising Project Coordinator of stock to replenish (including consumables) and materials used on-site/job to ensure correct job costing
- Receipt deliveries from supplier into warehouse
- Ensure contractor’s tools/equipment are in a good, safe working condition
- Ensure contractor’s have the necessary consumables for the job

**Key Challenges**
- Managing/coordinating multiple deliveries to various sites to ensure materials arrive on-time for contractor(s) to work on jobs
- Understanding the priorities of which jobs to pick and deliver first
- Understanding the min-max levels for stock/inventory/consumables

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience operating forklifts and loading pallets onto racks and/or trucks
- Experience driving medium rigid (MR) vehicles
- Experience working with construction equipment - such as floor grinders, hand grinders, various power tools etc.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Forklift licence
- MR licence
- White Card (preferred)
