We are currently seeking a Dispatch Officer for a Kwinana based client. This is a fixed term role on a 6 month casual contract, based on 12 hour shifts rostered across week days and some weekends.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Dispatch/storage duties as required according to environmental policies and procedures.
- Keeping plant, equipment, and incident history up to date via the appropriate computer-based management systems.
- Managing plant breakdowns and implementing alternatives to avoid customer delays.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated and able to work without supervision

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Hold a current Drivers License ( HR Preferred )
- Clear communication skills, both written and oral.
- Licensed and experienced in operating machinery such as a Front-End and Fork Lifts
- National Police Clearance
- Be Double Vaccinated and willing to get a booster when due
- Be able to pass a Pre Employment Medical
- Be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Have full Australian Working rights

This is rostered in line with the demands of our clients busy season, with shifts rostered between January and August. This role requires you to provide some flexibility with working hours and the ability to work additional hours including weekends.
