- Full time role working on a rotating roster between the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm.
- Sydney CBD location working with a collaborative team.

Are you passionate about all things customer service and are a recent graduate who is looking to commence a career in banking & finance? We are looking for someone like you to join our team

Some other key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with Relationship Managers to manage the ongoing client relationship and client maintenance.
- Processing real-time operational requests relating to transactions and account administration as well as support the business in account opening responsibilities.
- Delivery of contract documentation upon client and consultant request
- Liaising with the Risk and Compliance Team in accordance to legislative requirements

Full training will be provided. We want you to be fully equipped so we aim to set you up to succeed in your role For the first 6-8 weeks you will receive full-time hands-on training. During that training you will be immersed in the products, processes, procedures and the environment, before progressing through to being on the telephone lines.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have the below skills, knowledge and experience:

- A driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for finance.
- Degree or a related tertiary qualification is required - Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
