Reporting to the Procurement Team Lead, the Purchasing Officer will assist with purchase orders, supplier stock levels, and freight coordination to ensure our stores remain stocked and ready to deliver for our customers. You’ll receive ongoing training, mentoring, and support as you grow your capabilities in this fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Help process and manage purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
- Support inventory levels and help ensure the right stock is in the right place
- Learn to forecast product needs and identify supply trends
- Liaise with freight partners to track and troubleshoot shipments
- Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to align supply with demand
- Keep procurement systems updated and accurate
- Assist in improving processes and exploring ways to drive efficiency
