**About the Role**

As an Apprentice Baker, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive team that makes real bread from scratch every day. You’ll learn how to:

- Mix, shape, and bake fresh bread and rolls
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with stock and ingredient handling
- Help with customer service and work in a fast-paced team environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Recent school leavers or anyone ready to start full-time work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and comfortable with early starts (some shifts begin at 2am)
- A team player who enjoys working with their hands
- Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster
- To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident._
