**About the role**:
In this role you will work to translate business ideas and concepts into always-on, multi-channel Next Best Conversations (NBCs) with customers. You will do this by taking into account even-based triggers and propensity of customers and work to configure new offers, propositions, and treatments in Pega Customer Decision Hub (Customer Brain).

You will utilise your experience with data-driven marketing and business analysis skills to work with non-technical business stakeholders to understand their needs, problems and opportunities and build actions for these.

This is an exciting opportunity within a highly visible, growing team and function at Nab. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology (Pega CDH 8.8) and help shape the landscape of customer decisioning at Nab. Your work in this role will directly impact the success of Nab bankers and their ability to help our customers

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Translate business ideas and concepts into Next Best Conversations (NBCs)
- Configure new offers, propositions, and treatments, in Pega Customer Decision Hub
- Supports ongoing portfolio and customer management to optimise contact strategies
- Conducts descriptive analytics to inform the design and optimisation of NBC’s
- Help business stakeholders project the potential value associated with a portfolio of NBC’s through analytic techniques, then track, evaluate and optimise
- Deliver quality outcomes that balance effective risk management with speed to market

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Experience
- 3+ years experience as a data/business analyst in complex business settings, ideally financial services
- Pega Customer Decision Hub expertise **highly valued**:

- Knowledge of and experience using SQL preferred

Essential capabilities
- Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
- Understanding of marketing functions and campaign lifecycle
- Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Campaign and data management experience
