We’re seeking an experienced **Forklift Operator** to join a leading refrigerated logistics and cross-dock operation based in **Dandenong South**.
This is an ongoing **afternoon-shift** position for a safety-focused, reliable operator with strong experience working in **chiller and freezer environments**.

You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading refrigerated freight, managing LTL (less-than-truckload) consignments, and ensuring all pallets are loaded accurately into **Pantech trailers**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate **LF forklift** to load/unload refrigerated freight.
- Safely load into **Pantech trailers** in a cross-dock environment.
- Handle **LTL consignments**, ensuring correct load configuration.
- Work efficiently in **chiller and freezer conditions**.
- Maintain accuracy, safety, and attention to detail at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current **LF Forklift Licence**.
- Experience in **cold storage / freezer** facilities.
- Familiarity with **LTL loading** and refrigerated transport.
- Confident loading into **Pantech trailers**.
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work autonomously.

**Shift & Pay**
- **Afternoon Shift**: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
- **Rate**: $37.86 per hour + Super
