At Sweet Belem Cake Boutique we are looking to expand our team We are looking for a Baker

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

- This role is a full-time baker position
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking

times
- Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling

of batches of bread and pastry products
- Emptying and cleaning baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- Minimum two years work experience as a baker
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong skills in the production of pastries, bread and other baked goods

preferred.
- Well-developed kitchen management and menu planning skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and work health and

safety standards
- Must be available to work weekends
- Shifts are from 3am-11am
- Permanent residents or citizens of Australia is preferred

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
