Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hoist Operator to join our team on upcoming construction projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining personnel and materials hoists on-site, ensuring efficient vertical transport of workers, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate construction hoists in accordance with site procedures and WHS regulations.

Safely load and unload passengers, tools, and materials.

Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine inspections of hoist equipment.

Report faults, damage, or safety concerns immediately.

Follow directions from site supervisors, riggers, and project managers.

Maintain clear communication with site staff and other operators.

Ensure all operations are carried out with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Valid HRWL (High Risk Work Licence) - HP (Hoist Operation).

Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).

Minimum 1 year of experience operating personnel/material hoists on construction sites.

Strong knowledge of WHS standards and safe work practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and reliable.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
