Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for wait staff to join the team at The Gidley.

The Gidley, found in Sydney’s CBD on the corner of King and Elizabeth, is an opulent steak house, where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony.

**About the Role**:
If you are not pompous in your delivery of service but you enjoy the ceremony of fine-dining, The Gidley is for you.

While The Gidley has it’s own personality it is uncompromising in providing outstanding service and, more importantly, hospitality.

**Applicants Must Demonstrate**:

- Professionalism befitting of the most reputable restaurants in Australia.
- A jovial spirit that people remember and want to return to.
- An engaging personality, someone who shares a truly authentic passion for quality food, produce and where it comes from. Someone who is far from formal, but not quite colloquial.
- Not afraid to challenge the current conceptions around what restaurants should be and the style of service on offer.
- Generous hospitality - to give people a rich experience worth remembering.

**Essential Requirements of Employment Include**:

- A minimum of five years working in hospitality.
- A minimum of two years of experience running a section in an esteemed restaurant.
- A minimum commitment of six months.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
