**About the role**:
Our Luxury client is looking for a Store Manager who demonstrates ownership for the store by maximising store productivity and profitability through team building and staff development and goal attainment.

You will develop and plan to achieve sales and productivity goals, and closely supports the retail Director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of 12.
- Develop and promote a loyal clientele according to the sales and brand strategy (client-telling).
- Be an ambassador for the brand within the market, being responsible for the stores external relations within it's competitive environment - marketing, merchandising, local activities, etc.
- Define the annual sales targets/budgets/forecast.
- Determine and monitor objectives and sales targets according to budget/forecasts on a daily, weekly ad monthly basis.
- Optimise and manage personnel costs and keep in line with the set budget.
- Monitor all expenses and costs within the store in order to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget objective.
- Push on-going growth of the store's turnover.
- Maintenance of the store in line with budget requirements.
- Manage store operations: replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc.
- Take ongoing actions around motivating the team according to the sales and brand strategy and acting as their mentor.
- Training and development of the Client Advisors/Senior Client Advisors in order to achieve best business results

**About you**:

- 3-5 years previous store manager experience in a retail service environment.
- Luxury Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cash register systems.
- Basic computer skills, including, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements.
