**The Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced **Sign Producer** to join our production team. This role will see you take responsibility for the hands-on production and assembly of signage, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality, accuracy, and durability. You will work with a wide range of materials and equipment, from vinyl and acrylic to digital printing and large-format fabrication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce and assemble a wide variety of signage including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and large-format installations.
- Operate and maintain production machinery (printers, cutters, laminators, CNC, etc.).
- Read and interpret design drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
- Work collaboratively with the design, project, and installation teams to ensure deadlines are met.

**About You**
- Previous experience in sign production or a related manufacturing/printing role.
- Strong practical skills with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Knowledge of signage materials (vinyl, acrylic, aluminium, digital print media, etc.).
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
