**Who is Midstate Employment**

Midstate Employment is an independent, community-based not for profit organisation that has been servicing the employment and training needs of South Australian business and industry for over 30 years.

**The Position**

Working around one day a fortnight but as it is casual you may do more or less and you must be flexible as there is no guarantee what days you will work week to week.

The primary purpose of the role is to work in partnership with PIRSA Business Divisions to provide high quality, efficient and cost-effective business and administrative services, support and implement targeted business improvement projects.

The role reports to the Business Manager however takes direction for daily operational matters from the Regional Customer Services Officer ASO2/ASO3.

**Duties include**:

- Using in house computer system (training completed on site)
- Customer service
- Efficient responses to internal and external queries
- Administrative support
- Provides support, where applicable, to either a Regional Site Manager and Divisional operational staff.
- Maintains positive working relationships with all Divisions across PIRSA.

**It is essential you**
- Are computer literate
- Have good organisational skills
- Great customer service
- Possess a current drivers license and are willing to drive
- Are willing to travel intra/interstate if required
- Have a sound understanding of administrative processes and practices.
- Have an understanding of the role of government and the culture and business of PIRSA (desirable, but not essential)
