We have an opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced** Minor Work Delivery Manager **to join our Asset & Development Services business in **Townsville, QLD.**

Reporting to the** Operations Manager**, you will ensure the service delivery of ongoing maintenance and upgrade contracts with both private and public sectors predominately for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing minor capital works. You will provide leadership to Supervisors and Senior Technicians to ensure that service work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer’s full satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include oversight of budgeting, forecasting, business planning, work practices, and scheduling within the service team. You will possess a strong work ethic, achieve the highest level of safety, and quality of work, and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated Account Management experience in an Electrical or Mechanical service business and/or project environment
- Technical background with either a Mechanical or Electrical trade or engineering degree or a strong building background.
- Sound knowledge of business budgeting, planning, and preparing and analysing cost estimates
- High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards, with a strong and proactive commitment to Zero Harm
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders/clients, peers and colleagues
- Must be able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance
