**About the Role**

We're looking for a Casual Brand Ambassador to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at the Bunnings store in Ballarat/Bendigo area. You will work with our products across Dulux and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to a specific our service level agreements and to support, train and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.

Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising, this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
- Maintaining in-store displays
- Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle
- Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
