Hi, I'm Vanessa, Xzibit's Business Manager and **I'm on the lookout for a switched on and detail-focused individual to support me in the smooth running of our exhibition projects, based in our Luscombe office.**

**Who are you?** Well, you have at least 2 years experience in organising events, or personal assisting - if that's in the exhibition space even better - just as importantly though, people probably describe you as:

- A great multi-tasker - maybe people even call you an 'Energiser Bunny'
- Self-confident. Comfortable expressing your opinion and your expectations
- A bit of a 'sheepdog'... comfortable following through and taking charge
- Sociable yet you know when it's time to focus on the task at hand
- Organised. And you thrive on rounding people up and getting THEM organised
- Action-oriented. You love to GSD
- A reliable go-to person - but you're no push over
- A natural leader in your space. You take the initiative and people follow you
- Even keeled - you see the world through a balanced (not emotional) perspective

You may be just who I'm looking for

**The gig?**

Quite simply, this position is to assist the Exhibition team in booking freight, crew, logistics, data entering timesheets, travel, reading exhibitor manuals and obtaining key information. You'll be a personal assistant to the Exhibition Project Managers. If you have Social Media skills, experience in organising events, personal assisting, the ability to go to site, with the occasional weekend, after 5, and travel interstate for Projects, that'd be a plus too. It's a job with plenty of variety, that's for sure. Salary of $55K-65K (based on experience) plus Super' of course.

The team continues to grow and after a number of upgrades to our shed (and coffee machine), we have now moved into our own a purpose-built office & workshop facility. We work hard, we’ve got each other’s backs and we love to have a bit of fun too; as our regular darts tournaments and beer taps can attest
