**JJob Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting products, explaining the menu, and offering recommendations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of acai bowls, frozen yogurt, smoothies, and toppings.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including workstations, customer areas, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed throughout shifts.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed, including hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous manner.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including set-up and clean-up.
- Collaborate with store manager & team members to ensure smooth store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail, food service, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Shellharbour City Centre, NSW 2529 (preferred)
