**About the Role...**
In this role you will be a highly valued member of the sales and business growth team responsible for promoting the use of Pen CS software in our PHN clients. You will work closely with your team, developers, designers and clients directly to achieve the client’s goals. We’re looking for a pro-active, engaging individual who will bring in new business and build strong relationships with clients. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects and be encouraged to bring new and innovative ideas to the table. Not only this but you will have the opportunity to work with the market leader in primary care clinical software and promote the use of our innovative products.
**Your day to day will involve**
- Driving the growth of Pen CS software in our PHN clients.
- Building strong, long term engagement with existing and new clients.
- Identifying short and long-term business opportunities.
- Implementing client projects following agile methodology.
- Managing sales including reporting on achievements, sales forecasts and expense budgets.
- Developing and maintaining a high level of professional product knowledge and skill.
**About you**
- Proven experience working in an Account Management position and if it has been in healthcare or medical that is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Energy, drive and excellent relationship-building ability.
- Proven financial and business acumen.
- Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results driven with a passion for improving healthcare in Australia.
- Industry knowledge of the Australian healthcare landscape.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Experience working in health promotion is valued.
