The education support worker will support classroom teachers and wellbeing staff members by assisting the implementations of the Berry Street Education Model. You will have a focus on students learning and transition into the program as well as tracking the development of students social and emotional goals. The role will be working 1 on 1 and in small groups. **About You** To be successful in the role you will hold a minimum qualification in Education Support (Cert 3 and above) or a Diploma level qualification in Youth Work/ Social Work or Community Services equivalent and a deep understanding of the Education system. Be passionate about encouraging and supporting disengaged students and those with learning difficulties to reignite their love of learning and have an understanding of the trauma informed Positive Education Model.
