**About the Role**

We have a male client in the **Newtown** area, looking for experienced Support Workers to assist on a **complex care program**. Your responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care assistance and supporting with daily hygiene/grooming
- Complex care including bowel & catheter management daily (full training given)
- Manual Handling including hoist to transfer client within the home
- Support the client with activities out in the community, be there to offer companionship & friendship
- Providing Support in everyday activities around the home, including meal preparation
- Morning & evening shifts on offer 7 days a week, additional shifts available with other clients in the area

**About you**

As a knowledgeable Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Skilled working with people with **complex support needs** & passionate about supporting clients in their home
- Drivers License preferred but we are open to non-drivers as well
- Experienced working with **physical disabilities** especially clients with paraplegia & 2:1 assist
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date **Covid 19 vaccinations** including booster shot
