**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Oversight**: Develop and oversee academic programs and ensure they align with SACE standards.
- **Teaching Quality**: Monitor and improve the quality of teaching, providing support and guidance to tutors.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and maintain all teaching materials and resources.
- **Admissions Coordination**: Work with the team to enhance student enrollment.
- **Staff Management**: Coordinate and manage tutors, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- **Bilingual Communication**: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff in both English and Chinese.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Subject Expertise**:

- SACE Mathematical Methods
- SACE Specialist Mathematics
- SACE Chemistry
- SACE Physics
- SACE Biology
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Languages**: Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching, academic management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
