Coffee Shop on the Southern End of the Gold Coast is looking for a versatile experienced Barista with FOH, POS experience.

This position requires you to use your full initiative to jump in all areas of the cafe, mostly assisting with coffee/Beverage delivery, also areas such as the till & running of the floor with your friendliest approach.

- Build relations with regular and new customers by expressing your friendly, bubbly approach and meeting their needs.

Essential Key Selection Criteria
- 1 years Experience as Barista and customer service
- Availability to work around peak hours, weekends,and holidays.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.30 - $30.19 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
