Schirrmo’s is a basement bar in the heart of the city, right outside central station. This is a relaxed and casual bar and late-night venue, where you'll get to source and engage with promotors, DJ’s, acoustic performances and create themed activity nights on a regular basis. Being associated with YHA you will host multiple events and activities with our members. There are loads of opportunities to work with the Manager and use your creative flare to concoct exciting offerings, events and experiences for our guests.

We are currently seeking a part time and a Part Time Bar attendant to join the team and create a great, fun vibe. Currently we are open Wednesday to Saturday evenings, with the intent to extend trading hours.

**What you'll get to do**
- Put your stamp on a great little bar in a vibrant and busy location
- Support the day to day operations of the Bar with a big focus on making this great bar a fun, safe and profitable environment
- Collaborate with F&B and Operations teams to co-ordinate events
- Support the back of house, including stock control and rotation, stocktake etc
- Be the face of the bar and set the tone for service level and energy of the bar

**What are we looking for**
- Previous experience in a hospitality venue, cocktail bar, wine bar, cafe or restaurant
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card - valid in NSW
- Understanding of food safety service and handling
- Passion for being creative and the desire to build a fun, safe and profitable environment for the team and the guests
- Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
- Pride and passion for the hospitality industry
