Paintball Referee

Paintball Skirmish in the Swan Valley is recruiting enthusiastic and adventurous people to join our crew We are on the hunt for the next generation of paintball gurus so if you have the following characteristics we would love to hear from you.

Applicants must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated to referee games for small to large groups of players. Must also be outgoing and confident to instruct kids and adults with assisting them to understand rules and refereeing of games and ensuring their safety at all times whilst showing them an awesome paintballing experience

We are hiring employees from 16yo or older. Must have a license and own vehicle OR have an easy ability to get to work. Arriving on time is a must to ensure smooth operations for the day's procedures.

The ability to work in a team environment is essential. This position also involves prepping for the day's session and packing up afterwards. Our shift hours are typically weekends from 3-10 hour shifts. Some midweek work may be available for the right person.

No experience in refereeing is necessary as full training will be provided. However previous employment or working with groups, cash handling, public speaking is advantageous.

We run around with players in the hot Aussie summer as well as the cold and wet winter so if you love the outdoors this is the perfect job for you

Payrate will differ depending on age
