The role of STIR Trader is to grow the FX Forwards franchise in G10 currencies in the Asia Pacific region.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Market-making FX swaps and interest rate derivatives to a broad range of clients.
- Responsible risk management of associated FX and interest rate risks.
- Generate market-leading revenue and facilitate a top tier share of client trading volumes.
- Close collaboration with the regional salesforce to provide high-quality service and thought-leadership to clients.
- Contribute towards the development of systems and infrastructure to support the global FX trading business.
- Promote a culture of responsible risk and strong ethics.
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.

**KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**
- Experience in trading a broad range of FX and interest rate products in G10 markets.
- Established track record in managing a trading book.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness and capacity to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- Self-motivated and successful under highly competitive conditions.
- Programming, statistics, and data analysis skills will be preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Markets.
