**About Our Front of House Team**

At Herve’s Restaurant and Bar our purpose is to deliver high quality food and wine offerings to our guests and the Front of House team plays an integral role in ensuring that every guest’s experience is an unforgettable one, with hospitality that is not just a job, it’s a passion.

Since opening, we’ve been finding our groove as a team and are now searching for exceptional casual or permanent **Section Wait Staff,** **Bartenders** and **Kitchen Hands** to join us for the year ahead.

Our Section Waiters will always exceed guests’ expectations of service; supporting the rest of the team with FOH operations and impeccable presentation of the restaurant. As a Waiter, you’ll learn (and execute) approaches that have stood the test of time from Herve himself, things like decantation and caraffing wines are the table and cheese serving direct to guests.

**About You**

To be the perfect addition to Herve’s, you will be a career hospitality professional with prior experience working in restaurants where you have worked collaboratively with other team members. You’ll also:

- Be passionate, approachable and genuine;
- Align with our philosophy of never resting on our laurels;
- Be the consummate professional who is passionate about guest service and hospitality;
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as a humble and down to earth human;
- Hold a current RSA

**About the Perks**

Herves Restaurant & Bar is closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Tuesdays which provides excellent work life balance to our team. Right now, we are looking for someone with immediate work rights, whether you’re an Australian or NZ citizen, permanent resident or student / working holiday visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.46 - $34.16 per hour
