**Key Accountabilities**:

- Scrub external area perimeter of building.
- Sweep, remove litter, empty waste bins, clean dock and waste area
- Vacuum carpeted floors, mop hard floors.
- Carpark clean, high dusting, window/ glass clean
- Toilet and shower clean.
- Plant room, fire stairs clean.
- Assist Building and Facility Management with ad hoc requests

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and clean environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to create a safe working environment.
- Assist Building and Facility Management with ad hoc requests

**Qualifications**:

- General knowledge of cleaning practices and the operation of cleaning equipment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly demeanour
- Punctual and reliable
- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory)
- Have a great attitude & willingness to learn
- Take pride in your workmanship and have a good eye for detail
- Experience to use walk behind scrubber, polivac, wet and dry vacuum, carpet spotter.
