**About the role**

The role provides supervised, hands-on clinical exposure in a supported environment by an approachable multi-disciplinary team. Professional development is actively supported with opportunities to engage in research, audit, and quality improvement projects. We recognise the importance of work-life balance and strive to accommodate individual leave requests and roster flexibility wherever possible.

This position provides an excellent foundation for further training in critical care disciplines within a supportive and collegiate environment.

**About you**

Selection criteria for this role include:

- Current General Registration with AHPRA
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Clear and respectful communication
- Commitment to ongoing learning and openness to feedback
- High level of professionalism
- Reflective practice to promote safe, high-quality care
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
