**Barista - Full Time & Casual**

Vanilla Lounge in vibrant Eaton Mall, Oakleigh is one of Melbourne’s renowned destinations for Greek casual dining, special events, desserts and coffee.

We are a family run business with more than 45 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. We are open 7 days a week from early morning to late at night and therefore have a range of shifts available to offer.

Our fast paced, high volume Café/Restaurant is looking for an experienced and talented Barista to join our fun loving team. Availability on the weekends is a must. Knowledge of Cocktails and wines essential and a genuine love of hospitality is key.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting customers
- Providing a high level of customer service with a smile
- Latte art
- Must be capable to dial in grind
- Preparing outstanding coffee to our customers, including espresso, lattes, frappe and everything in between
- Preparing cocktails
- Jumping into each section as required
- Restocking & Inventory
- Must be able to work under pressure

**Salary**: $43,619.11 - $70,603.75 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
