**The role**
Joining the Customer, Communications and Engagement team this role will be an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement and customer experience across Sydney and Parramatta light rail networks. You will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of internal communications and engagement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders in the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the execution and distribution of critical information that will enhance the customer journey throughout the network.
**What you bring**
Your background will include experience in customer service with tertiary qualifications (Communications, Graphic Design or related) highly regarded. You will demonstrate a proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships, complemented by exceptional communication skills. Regardless of industry, your creative, solutions-driven mindset and passion for customer experience will ensure your success in the role. With a collaborative approach, your high organisation skills will allow you to excel in working autonomously and thrive in dynamic environments.
