We have a secret we've been keeping... Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in the iconic **Eastland Shopping Centre** and we’re looking for an **Assistant Venue Leader** to help lead the way in this exciting new location

You'll need to commit to full-time hours and embrace a flexible, rotating roster.

**What you’ll do**:
Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Manage stock, inventory, and key business metrics (labour, COG's, P&L)

Support the Venue Leader with daily operations, rostering and team development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
