We are a small café located in the heart of Neutral Bay with a focus on delivering high-quality specialty coffee, along with our made to order sandwiches and salads.
**Responsibilities**
- Treat the business as if it was your own & get to know the locals
- Knowing our customers by name and becoming a familiar and friendly face
- Be the face of the business at all times and act respectfully to all team members and customers
- Delivering high standards of coffee and food at all times.
- Keeping the facility cleaned to a high standa
**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum of 2 years barista experience
- Proven experience with creativity and imagination
- Adept with the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm when busy or under pressure
- High level attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to think and act promptly
- Have the ability to work weekends

**Salary**: $27.50 - $34.00 per hour
