Bartender - 60k-70k - Casuarina

- Our client is a fun and fast-paced modern Mexican restaurant, located in Casuarina Beach on the beautiful Tweed Coast. With summer fast approaching we are on the hunt for a fun and vibrant bartender to join our team._
- The successful applicant will have bar experience and be open to learning new skills and techniques. You will be supplied with training and support that will improve your earning capacity for the rest of your life. You must have your own transport and be able to move between venues, we are based in Casuarina and have venues in Cudgen, Tweed and Mudgeeraba QLD._

Full time position available

4 day - 38hr week

**Roles**:

- Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu

**Skills**:

- 2+ years bartending experience
- Valid RSA
- Knowledge of common classic cocktails and mid to high shelf Liquor
- An outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- A good memory and math skills for accurately mixing drinks
- Ability to maintain a clean working space
