Practice Manager

Neuralia TMS is a boutique mental health service specialising in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. TMS is a novel drug-free therapy used to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and chronic pain. We also see patients for general mental health care and Adult ADHD.

Neuralia TMS consists of a small close-knit team of doctors and nurses who work across multiple sites in the Perth metro region, including via Telehealth.

Prior experience is desirable but the right attitude will be more valued. We are looking for an intelligent, diligent and enthusiastic person to join our team. We will provide all the specific training (eg. practice management software, Medicare/DVA) needed for the role.

**Hours**:
Hours are negotiable but will be approximately Monday - Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.

**Key features of the role**:

- Billing and account management
- Staff hiring, training and human resources management
- Manage and maintain service standards across practice locations
- Maintaining practice accreditations
- Working closely with practice directors to build and improve service delivery
- Friendly, approachable, comfortable dealing with patients and members of the public in person and via telephone
- High English literacy skills and basic dictation/typing skills
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including boosters
- Up-to-date WWCC and Police Clearance

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Prior experience in medical settings, especially mental health outpatient clinics
- Prior experience with business administration
- Experience in dealing with Medicare, WorkCover, DVA
