We’re looking for Qualified Personal Care Worker (PCW/PCA) to work Permanent, Part-time, at our Corowa Court residential aged care home. Corowa Court is a residential aged care home and home to 120 residents in a beautiful location overlooking Port Phillip Bay on Mornington’s Esplanade. With the local high street and beach easily accessible by foot or shuttle bus, residents and staff can enjoy the seaside surrounds of Corowa Court.

Our residential aged care homes are just that - a home for our residents. They provide a comforting and warm space for older Victorians to live, supported 24/7 by our experienced and kind-hearted staff.

You’ll work as part of a team of people and help with showering, dressing, simple cleaning, linen service, and meals. But you’ll also be there to spend time with residents, share stories, connect and show kindness and empathy.

**To best support our residents, we’re looking for more motivated carer’s with**:

- A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker.
- Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
- The annual flu immunisation and a commitment to receiving the immunisation each year
