Venue Licensee

**About the role**

We are seeking a driven and experienced Venue Licensee to join our dynamic team at Sydney Restaurant Group's pub and restaurant located in Budgewoi, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring a premium customer experience and driving business growth.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional plans to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Foster a positive and customer-focused work culture, leading and motivating your team
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance the venue's offerings and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the broader Sydney Restaurant Group to share best practices and contribute to the company's overall success

**What we're looking for**
- Substantial experience as a venue manager or licensee, preferably in the pub or restaurant industry
- Strong working knowledge of liquor licensing, food safety, and other relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and promotional strategies
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
