Chinese Speaking Foreman

As a Foreman / Leading Hand, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing **high-quality materials** directly from China, particularly in stonework and other finishing details essential to luxury projects. You’ll oversee the final stages of high-end residential construction, ensuring every element exceeds expectations and is completed on time and within budget.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Take charge of delivering world-class finishes while managing resources and people effectively:

- Source premium materials from China, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Supervise finishing works on high-end residential projects to maintain superior standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while resolving on-site challenges.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**Experience**:

- 3+ years as a Foreman or Leading Hand in luxury residential construction.
- Proven expertise in delivering high-end finishes for premium projects.
- Experience in sourcing materials internationally.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for efficient project workflows.

**Knowledge**:

- Extensive understanding of luxury finishes, particularly stonework and custom detailing.
- Familiarity with Australian building regulations and industry standards.
- Awareness of international procurement processes and quality assurance for imported materials.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
