You will play a key role in receiving and managing stock, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping the store in top condition.**What We Offer**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use the computer system to track stock quantities and locations.
- Operate machinery, including forklifts, to move goods safely.
- Ensure proper custody of inventory by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring quantities, assessing equipment for deterioration, tracking shelf life expiration, and ensuring the security of all items.
- Assist with general store duties, including packing and scheduling.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the store tidy and organised.

**About You**:

- A valid forklift license is desirable.
- Experience in warehousing or store environments is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with systems such as Millis and SAP is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Defence personnel and other stakeholders.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are required.

**To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence clearance. You will also be required to successfully complete an Australian Federal Police Check and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as stipulated by the contract.**
