**We have a pipeline of qualified leads waiting to be serviced and are seeking additional highly motivated Sales Professionals to join us in our Pergolas, Verandahs and Decking division.**

In addition to the backing of a dynamic business, what else can we offer you?
- **Guaranteed leads** provided every week, that are qualified and confirmed in advance. We have the leads ready to be serviced so you are not expected to find these on your own (although that is welcomed and rewarded)

- **We have customers ready** to see us at appointments booked Monday through Saturday at various times throughout each day, guaranteeing maximum flexibility of working hours for our sales team

We are searching for Sales Professionals who can build rapport quickly, relate to our customer needs and react with professional service. Experience with in-home selling or the home improvement industry may be an advantage, but not essential, however a passion for sales, a thrill in chasing a deal and willingness to learn and adapt to new experiences is essential.

Our Sales Consultants work with our clients to custom design a project that enhances the style, value, and functionality of their home, allowing them to enjoy more quality time with their friends and families.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Demonstrate sales skills, have a desire for success and thrive on the thrill of closing a deal
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Possess the self-discipline to work autonomously while prepared to accept support
- Hold a current driver’s license and have a well-maintained vehicle
- Have the availability to work flexibly Monday through Friday and a half day Saturday

Training will be provided on all aspects of our premium products and successful presentation framework. We will **build on your current sales skills** to ensure you have the confidence and tools to succeed.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.95 - $31.05 per hour

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle (preferred)
