**About the Opportunity**

**About You**

Experience as a kitchen attendant/kitchen hand or similar role would be an advantage however not essential. Please note, this role is physically demanding. This includes standing for long periods of time, lifting, and stacking heavy pots etc.
- You will possess the following:
- A hands-on approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player and be able to work closely with the entire kitchen and front of house staff
- Basic literacy and numeracy to read instructions
- Proficient spoken and written English
- 100% reliability
- Able to work unsupervised and keep to a schedule
- Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning plates, glassware, cutlery, and other utensils
- Cleaning kitchen tools and equipment
- Removal of rubbish and recycling from kitchens
- Cleaning floors and general work area cleaning
- Assisting chefs with food prep and other jobs are required
