Job Summary:
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Duties:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including counters, sinks, and toilets
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces
2. Maintenance Duties:

- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Report maintenance issues, such as leaks or broken equipment
- Assist with minor repairs and replacements
3. Safety and Hygiene:

- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any hazards or concerns to the supervisor

4. Client and Staff Support:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
- Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: None required, but a Certificate II in Cleaning Operations or equivalent is desirable
2. Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred
3. Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Clearances: Valid police clearance may be required

Working Conditions:
1. Work Environment: Office buildings, schools, hospitals, or other facilities
2. Work Hours: Varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
3. Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.66 - $36.05 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
