Lead a team of Dynamics experts to further develop the CRM capabilities of a large Federal Government client.

**Your new company**

Be a part of a large, fast moving and exciting Federal Government Department whose predominant focus is to further the scientific and industrial aspects of Australia and its economy. You'll be given the freedom of flexible working from home arrangements. When you're not working from home, you'll be working out of a large office building based in Canberra's CBD, with access to plenty of parking and public transport options.

**Your new role**

Working within a wider team, you'll be responsible for the development of the Departments' key CRM systems, including working on Dynamics, Power Portal and Power Apps. You'll be the first point of call as the Team Leader and work with internal and external stakeholders to create architecture documents, develop project documentation and implement plans within the wider team. You'll work across a multi-disciplinary branch, including Project Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, UI Developers, Architects and Testers to achieve set goals.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll need to be a proven team leader, with experience delivering projects in a similar position, as well as hold previous experience with Federal Government IT work.

You'll also need the following technical skills:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Fetch XMLs.
- Proven Experience with the configuration and customisation of Power Apps, Model Drive Apps and Power Portal.
