**Role Summary**:
The Customer Education and Engagement Advisor role is an opportunity to join our Stakeholder and Community Engagement Team based at our Perth CBD Head Office on a 24-Month contract.

This role identifies, coordinates and delivers education and engagement events and campaigns to facilitate key learning outcomes to a range of industry, customer and community stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Assess, adapt, and deliver an annual program/calendar of education and engagement activities and events in line with Synergy’s strategy, to meet the SWIS communities’ changing needs.
- Represent Synergy at external forums and events and coordinate teams of staff on larger programs.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers developing activation assets and merchandise as required, including invoice management.
- Work closely with the Stakeholder and Community Engagement team as required to understand and assist with delivery of community engagement opportunities, across metro and regional areas of the SWIS (some overnight or weekend travel required).
- Ensure health, safety, accessibility, and legal compliance for all engagement activities, including events and activations.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing communications, campaign, or events delivery.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver strategic stakeholder and community engagement programs, sponsorships and partnerships, advice, and support in a large organisation.
- Knowledge of Digital marketing and production.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communication, or related discipline.
