We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Professional to take on the role of a **Cluster Human Resources Manager.** **The CEO will take ample time to guide, mentor and coach this individual.** This is especially for a dedicated HR person who is looking for the **first time appointment as a Cluster HR Manager.**

The shining star will be:
Advisor to all management levels, in particular General Managers and DH's

Development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, policies, procedures & programs

Managing onboarding, training, and development programs and more

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Hospitality/Hotel: 6 years (required)
- HR manager/Director: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CMA, CPA or CA (required)
