**The Role**

dnata catering & retail is currently delivering a multi-year rollout of a new **JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system** to transform business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced **ERP Change & Training Consultant** to join our IT team on a **12-month fixed term contract**. This role is critical in ensuring our employees transition smoothly to the new system through effective change management and tailored training initiatives.

**In a nutshell your responsibilities are to**:

- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness assessments.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies, plans and materials for diverse user groups.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, creating engaging resources such as guides, e-learning modules, and quick reference tools.
- Build and support a network of “super-users” to act as local champions during and after the rollout.
- Partner closely with project teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure high adoption and mínimal disruption.
- Monitor, measure and continuously improve training effectiveness.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role**:

- Proven experience in change management and training delivery within ERP or large-scale IT projects.
- Previous exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP rollout (highly desirable).
- Expertise in developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies (e.g. ADKAR).
- Ability to travel interstate and work flexibly as required to support national project delivery.
- Background in aviation, catering or hospitality industries is advantageous.
