Inventory Clerk

**About the role**:
**Titan Ford **(part of Eagers Automotive) is currently seeking an **Inventory Clerk** with exceptional organisational skills to join our dynamic team in** Melville**.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of the dealership administration activities such as Inventory Management and Basic Accounting.

**This includes**:

- Vehicle Licensing
- Deal Processing (via online automation)
- Department of Transport compliance
- Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checking, Document Archiving
- Raising Cheque & EFT Payments
- Stocking Inventory New & Used - reconciliations
- Daily Banking and Merchant Reconciliations
- Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Accounting team
- Interacting with management team(s)
- Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller

**About you**:
**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience in a dealership environment
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Pentana/ERA software would be advantageous
- Accurate data entry
- Intermediate excel knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Previous knowledge/ willingness to learn basic accounting
